Who? This course is aimed at children and adults who wish to start on the noble journey of memorising the blessed Words of Allah, the Noble Quran.
Prerequisites? In order to enrol on this course the learner should have the following skills:
· Medium fluency in reading verses of the Noble Quran.
· Ability to read with the basic rules of tajweed.
· Ability to sound letters from the correct point of articulation (makhraj).
Course Duration? The average learner takes 4 years to complete this course. It is possible to speed up the course and this can be discussed on application. We appreciate that 4 years is a relatively long time to plan for. We therefore divide the course into levels so that learners may set shorter-term aims.
Class Times? Classes will run Monday to Friday, 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. We have recently introduced a shorter class for younger students.
Class Size? Limited to a maximum of 12 learners per class.
Fees? £13.85 per week. Sibling discounts are available please inquire.
The learner will be supported in memorising the Qur'an. This is broken down into 5 levels. There is a strong emphasis on explaining to the learner tried-and-tested techniques for memorisation.
